KERTAS EKG

Garis horizontal        : Menunjukkan waktu à 1mm = 0.04 detik, 5mm = 0.2 detik

Garis vertikal            : Menunjukkan voltase à 1mm = 0.1 mlVolt, 5mm = 0.5 mlVolt

INTERPRETASI EKG NORMAL

      1.            Gelombang P              : Depolarisasi atrium

a.       L : < 0.12 detik (3 kotak kecil)

b.      T : < 0.3 mlV (3 kotak kecil)

      2.            Interval P-R                : Perjalanan impuls listrik dari atrium – ventrikel

a.       L : 0.12 – 0.2 detik (3 – 5 kotak kecil)

      3.            Kompleks QRS          : depolarisasi ventrikel

a.       Interval Q – S : L à 0.06 – 0.12 detik (1.5 – 3 kotak kecil)

b.      Gelombang Q : L à > 0.04 detik (1 kotak kecil)

                          T à <1/3 Gelombang R

c.       Gelombang R : (+) à Lead I, Lead II, Lead V₅ – V₆

                                      Kecil atau (-) di Lead aVR, Lead V₁ – V₂

d.      Gelombang S  : Dalam à Lead aVR, Lead V₁ makin lama makin hilang di Lead  

V₂ – V₆

e.       Gelombang QRS : 0.12 – 0.2 detik (3 – 5 kotak kecil)

      4.            Gelombang T              : Repolarisasi atrium

a.       (+) à Lead I, Lead II, Lead V₃ – V₆

b.      (–) à Lead aVR

c.       V₁ à T (+), (-), (+/-) Bifasis yang (-) < (+)

d.      V₂ à T (+), (-), (+/-) Bifasis tetap bila di V₂ (-), V₁ harus (-)

      5.            Interval Q – T

a.       L à 0.32 – 0.4 detik (8 – 10 kotak kecil)

      6.            Segmen S-T

a.       Isoelektrik

b.      Deviasinya tidak boleh > 1mm dari garis isoelektrik

      7.            Gelombang U

a.       Defleksi kecil mengikuti Gelombang T

b.      Dianggap potensial susulan
